Product Descriptions

We comply strictly with the laws of Hong Kong regarding product descriptions and trade descriptions. We strive to display product colors, sizes, and materials accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is a return under our Refund Policy.

Pet apparel sizes are provided as a guide only. Due to variations in pet breeds and body shapes, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit for every pet. We encourage customers to measure their pets carefully before ordering.

Product Safety

All pet toys are designed with pet safety in mind. However, no toy is indestructible. Supervision is recommended during playtime. Lovireas is not liable for normal wear and tear, including:

  • Chewed seams or fabric on apparel
  • Destroyed squeakers or stuffing from toys
  • Damage caused by aggressive chewing

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) . We reserve the right to change prices without notice. We are not liable for typographical errors; if a price is listed incorrectly, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

User Obligations

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or to violate any Hong Kong laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under the laws of Hong Kong, Lovireas shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to:

  • Damage to household items caused by pet use of toys
  • Injury resulting from unsupervised play
